This training center is located in Bronx, NY.  It is one of the most recommended training schools and is licensed by the New York State Department of Education.  It has also been recognized by the Better Business Bureau and has an A+ rating.

It is a phlebotomy class, as well as an EKG course.  Many times, especially when a medical facility is low on staff, EKG technicians will also perform the duties of phlebotomists.
